01What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply, product model, dimensions, quantity, and other market factors. We will send an updated quotation after receiving your detailed requirements.

02Can you provide OEM or ODM service?

Yes. We support product converting and development according to your request, including slitting, rewinding, die cutting, laminating, printing, custom cores, release liners, cartons, and labels.

03Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes. Where available and required, we can provide product data sheets, Certificates of Analysis or Conformance, authorization documents, country-of-origin documents, and other export documentation.

04What is the average lead time?

Stock samples are normally dispatched within three days. Lead times for production orders depend on the product, converting process, quantity, packaging, and final specification approval. We will confirm the schedule before order placement.

05What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods and terms are confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice. Standard orders may use a deposit with the balance paid before shipment or against agreed shipping documents.

06What is the product warranty?

We stand behind the materials and workmanship supplied under the confirmed specification. If a product issue occurs, our team will review the batch, application conditions, storage, and supporting evidence, then provide a practical resolution.

07Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

We use suitable export packaging and can arrange additional protection for sensitive products. Specialized or non-standard packaging requirements may incur an additional charge and will be confirmed before shipment.

08How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping cost depends on destination, quantity, gross weight, carton dimensions, and transport method. Express is usually fastest, while air or sea freight can be more economical for larger shipments. We provide an exact freight quotation after receiving the order details.
